Go to Start menu and click Run and type gpedit.msc in the box and click
ok as in the following picture:
Now an interface should appear like following. Select "Administrative Templates" from the left side's menu.
So, you will get an interface now and select "Network" from here
If everything is all right then you'll get a box as follows:
From that box if you select QoS Packet Scheduler, you'll get a window as follows:
A new window will open if you select Limit reservable bandwidth like following:
hmmm you did a lot. Now from here click "Enabled" radio button and minimize Bandwidth limit 20% (by default) to 0%. Like the following picture:
Now restart the pc and enjoy high speed on your broadband internet connection. :-)
